It’s time to spice up up that body with scrumptious and quick burgers. These b. booster burgers will enhance your power with their high fibre vitamins and enhance total intestine health. Ensuring your body is detoxified via a revived power and cleanse – you are feeling higher after eating these I promise.


b.Booster burgers 


1 can lentils drained 

1 packet of brown fast rice 

1 egg

2 teaspoon of curry paste – I take advantage of yellow curry (this quantity could be very gentle) add extra for those who like spicy. 

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds 

1/2 cup flour (any) I used spelt however rice or plain 

1/2 cup almond meal 

Salt pepper 


  1. Mix up all elements into small bowl.
  2. Grab a handful roll into massive balls. 
  3. Heat in pan 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry off in pan with garlic olive oil.
  4. Flip and brown on all sides.
  5. Remove from warmth and permit to chill on a plate.
  6. Prepare both salad of  recent greens, grated beetroot and a vegan mayo 
  7. Or regular Mayo with candy chilli as seen in picture Or place between gluten free bread or wraps as a burger fashion.
  8. Store in fridge for the week food prep in the event that they final.
