Every golfer desires to hit the golf ball additional. Thankfully for us, growing the talents needed to extend our swing velocity could be acquired on the fitness center or residence with elastic bands (or a cable machine).
This week I shall be displaying a few of my favourite elastic band exercises that can assist improve your distance on the golf course. We shall be engaged on core stability, strength, anti-rotation, glute activation, glute strength, weight switch, and correct hip motion throughout the golf swing!
