Hi Guys! I apologize for the standard of the footage from Day 1 to Day 90. 🙁 My laborious drive with all my recordsdata crashed a couple of days in the past and the one footage I had was low res 🙁
I went on 7 journeys final 2017 and I assumed to myself ” what would the point be of eating healthy if I was just going to indulge when I’m on vacay. ” so that is what i did. I ate and ate and ate.
So after my journey to Korea earlier this January with my household, I instructed myself I’ll give myself 100 days to eat clear. And I did!!!
I used to be depressed. I reached my heaviest weight in SIX years. I knew one thing needed to be achieved. I gave up every thing I liked. Cheese, alcohol and sweets. When individuals invited me to hang around I knew I needed to decline. I couldn’t tempt myself with food and alcohol as a result of my self management was not good but.
It was a psychological battle, I needed to always preserve myself motivated. Scrolling by way of Pinterest for recipes, saving motivational movies on YouTube to observe within the morning. I knew I needed to preserve motivating myself as over time motivation wears out however should you’ve made it a behavior then you definitely’re good!
All you gotta do is start, that is really the toughest half. But as soon as it is a behavior, kayang kaya na!
